Please note that only the sessions from Rowheath on Monday and Thursday are supervised by the club's coaches and are therefore covered by UKA's insurance. As such any other session you may undertake is entirely at your own risk in the same way as going for an unsupervised run on your own. The club, its committee, its coaches and indeed no-one else takes any responsibility from is injuries which may befall you as a result of taking part in such a session. In short, as a responsible adult, please decide for yourself if you feel fit and capable to take part in any of these sessions

Steady club run
- Meet: Rowheath Pavilion
- Time: 7:15 pm until 8:15-8:30
- Distance: 4-8 miles
- Pace: various paces up to 6:30-7:00 m/m
- Terrain: road, canal towpaths & paths (in summer)
Track Training
- Meet: University Track
- Time: 7:30pm every other week
- Bring £2 to cover track fee
- Running shoes or spikes
- Speedwork, typically 200m-800m reps

- Distance: around 5 miles in around an hour
- Terrain: trail
