My old junior school is staging a 10km trail and road run in Sutton Park on the 11th May, I've done it the past couple of years and come first lady, it's a really nice course so long as you don't mind a few hills and a bit of off-road.
Saturday training takes place in Cofton Park HERE at 8am every Saturday except when we're racing - training is on for the foreseable future.
Track training is now underway every other week at the Uni track HERE - remember to bring £2 for use of the facilities. TRACK TRAINING IS ON MONDAY 21ST.
