'A basically flat route following the towpath alongside the canals that connect the two Cities. Arguably, it is a downhill route with the only 'lumps' being the locks and bridges that cross intersections. The 360yard long tunnel at Coseley is an 'entertaining' feature enjoyed by some, hated by others but remembered by all.'
