Rowheath 5K Series - Race 1

First in the series.  Enter on the day at Rowheath Pavilion.  Last year it was £2 per race or £5 for all three.

Saturday training takes place in Cofton Park HERE at 8am every Saturday except when we're racing - training is on for the foreseable future. 

Track training is now underway every other week at the Uni track HERE - remember to bring £2 for use of the facilities.  TRACK TRAINING IS ON MONDAY 21ST.
