The weather was pretty wet, but the run was good and there was lots of encouragement from so many marshals.  The course was well waymarked anyway, but there were a large number of marshals around too.  I thought it was one of the best organised races I have done (and I have run quite a few!).  The T-shirt was also very good.  I am so used to T-shirts that soak up rain or sweat - so it was really appreciated to have an event T that I can wear to run in. 

We only had 1/3 of a team (6 were needed) but at least BvH was represented.  I had pulled a hamstring a few days earlier so was taking it very steady - Helen was miles ahead, and probably home and showered by the time I got close to the end, but I really enjoyed it.  Apparently the course was actually 6.8 miles (that is where the 'moor' comes in!)  I hope to be back next year.
