Hi all track lovers - due to the fact that many of our regulars are racing mid-week next week, we thought it a good idea to postpone our track session until the following Monday (19th May).

Remember - everyone welcome. The only prerequisite is a desire to improve and 2 quid for Nick Price's beer fund, sorry, I mean Rowheath Harriers, who actually pay as a club to use the track on Mondays.
